Tidal Wave Loans was founded by Tim Diggs, Tim grew up watching his family’s mortgage business help people with the dream of home ownership. Tim is kind and people-focused; UC Santa Barbara educated, he is passionate about helping people purchase homes. He founded Tidal Wave Loans to bring a small town, community driven culture to the lending process. He takes great pride in both his work relationships & every customer he helps. Tim enjoys workings with first time home buyers, real estate investors & with everyone in between. He is married to his wife Brittany & they have 3 children- Bear, Layla & Colbie.

Her problem solving abilities and knowledge help to facilitate your loan approval making your experience one that is pleasant and seamless.
